Housing Department

The Housing Department was established to meet the needs of the people who live on or wish to return to Skhawáʔkye. The department is tasked with assisting citizens in finding affordable housing and sourcing funding that can be used for low interest housing loans or grants. The loans or grants may be used to buy housing or go towards cost for necessary housing renovations.

The Housing Department is also tasked with advising the council on policies or potential new policies that help satisfy the housing needs of the people.
